Another incredible performance from the Leopards team to start the day off down in Eastleigh!

The girls got off to a solid strong start and from the offset it was clear they meant business!

It was great to see in this game that the girls really put into practice what we had been practicing in the last week- shooters were holding and moving well with great timing and the through court defence from all was great with good arms over pressure which sent many a ball awry from the opposition, or flying off back and side-line!

It was noticeable (and incredibly useful) to see the work on fitness is also paying off for the girls not just in their ability to push on each quarter- but also the ability to withstand the physicality- they girls looked strong out of court- which was handy in todays game!!

All players gave their all and again the teamwork displayed from this team is second to none- all supporting each other on and off court- the more they play together the more effortless it starts to look!
