An absolutely stunning display of teamwork from our U14 Leopards today in the Hampshire County league. Whilst they remain unbeaten all season; this was the best display of teamwork I have seen from the girls yet!

We only had 9, and poor Ellie took a nasty fall meaning she was out for the rest of the game. In stepped Sylvie donning the GD bib like she had never left her defensive days behind her! Her and Lola dominated the defensive third working seamlessly together to pick off ball after ball- amazing effort! The defensive footwork was incredible- its almost like they listen in training- who knew? :-)

The Midcourt continued the theme and were on absolute fire! Brooke helped with connecting defence and attack and great arms over pressure forcing balls awry- Chloe and Alicia drove hard cutting so many angles and attacking the goal third like absolute pro's! Timing, dodges, rolls- all of it was amazing! Again the midcourters turned their fair share of balls too! Amelie's feeding of the circle and pocket drives were also top notch today!

Then into the goal third and the work these week on angles and movement in the shooting circle paid off- with Isla and Annabel working so well. There was great shooting accuracy- but also the partnership, movement and especially the "holds"- it all looked effortless!

Oppositions POM went to Alicia and Annabel, and coaches POM- as voted by all 3 coaches was the entire team as absolutely everybody was amazing today- same again next week girls??!!
