The sun shone down on a beautiful game of netball.

The girls started off strong with a great first quarter taking a solid lead. The whole team fought hard up and down the court to turn over ball and then the shooters rewarded that hard work by showing great partnership and sinking all the goals!

Second quarter was a bit tougher with a springy P&P team coming back hard and they won the quarter.

At half time we had a good chat about sticking to our plan, timing our drives and ensuring we stuck to our plan- and the plan was to win the quarter- which we did with conviction!

The whole team showed such strength and determination, and the play often looked effortless, regardless of the changes made and positional changes the team continued to work hard and bringing the ball down the court. It was a real pleasure to watch.

The score line suggests an easier game than it was- but the score reflects the effort and determination the girls put in!
