**Match Report: Panthers Dynamo v Poole**
**Sisters in Sport Knockout Cup – Stage 3**
**Final Score: Dynamo 27–30 Poole**

With a place in the national finals at Loughborough on the line, Panthers Dynamo stepped onto court carrying the momentum of their recent Regional success — and they did so with passion, pride, and absolute belief in one another. We knew Poole would be one of the toughest sides we’d face all season, and we embraced our role as underdogs with determination rather than fear.

From the first whistle, Dynamo showed they were here to compete. The opening quarter was a showcase of discipline and confidence, with every player working tirelessly to move the ball through court under immense pressure. Clinical changes of direction and pinpoint passing were essential, and the girls rose to the challenge brilliantly. As the quarter ended, we trailed by just one goal — a testament to the intensity and focus shown across all seven positions.

The second quarter saw Poole apply even more pressure, and we were forced to dig deep. At times we became stuck in attack and struggled to transition cleanly from the back line, but the effort never dipped. By half-time, Poole had stretched the lead to nine, but Dynamo refused to let the game slip away.

During the break, the girls regrouped, reset, and set themselves a clear target: **make the final quarter ours**. And that’s exactly what they did. Although the first centre pass didn’t fall our way, the response was outstanding. Dynamo fought for every ball, every turnover, every opportunity — and they won the final quarter, pulling the score back to within three. With just a couple more minutes on the clock, the comeback could have been complete.

It wasn’t the win we hoped for, and it means our Sisters in Sport journey ends here — but the performance, resilience, and heart shown by every single player made us all feel like winners. To push such a strong side right to the wire, in our first ever attempt at the SiS Cup, and to reach the final round of the playoffs is an achievement the whole club can be proud of.

The coaches left feeling exactly the same as the players: proud, inspired, and excited for what comes next. Dynamo showed today that they belong on this stage — and they’re only just getting started.
